Coastal and hinterland in one region
Low coastal ground and steep hinterland blocks demand different footing solutions. Site classification under AS 2870 and wind classification under AS 4055 are set per site, not per region.
Low-lying and acid sulfate soils
Low coastal land can bring acid sulfate soils and high water tables, both of which affect footing type and specification. These are geotechnical questions worth answering before design, not during construction.
Modular and acreage builds
On larger or harder-to-access blocks, a modular home shortens the time a remote site spends as a construction site. We design the module structure, the connections that join them, and the footings that receive them.
Secondary dwellings
Acreage and larger suburban blocks make granny flats and secondary dwellings a practical way to add accommodation or rental return on land already owned.
