The practice
We’re a residential structural engineering practice in Banyo, Brisbane. Our clients are mostly builders, house relocators, modular manufacturers, designers and insurance repair teams, plus owner builders managing their own projects.
We keep the process simple: a written fee before we start, drawings a builder can price and build from, and certification a certifier will accept.
What we do
Structural analysis, design and documentation for timber, steel and concrete structures. Most of our work is framing, footings and slabs for houses: relocated and raised Queenslanders, renovations, new homes, modular homes, and the decks, carports and retaining walls around them. We also inspect and report on existing homes for insurance claims and repairs.
One office
Engineers, drafters and administration staff work under one roof, so design, drafting, checking, RPEQ sign-off and inspections all happen in-house. You deal with one office from quote to final inspection.
